It is like having a Weber grill and a Blackstone griddle all on one, and takes up a lot less space than having both. Fit my Weber Spirit 310 perfectly.Why I love it:I can sear the meat first by turning up the grill side very hot, then transfer it to the griddle where it can cook slower.It eliminates flareups when you use the griddle side.Smaller pieces of food can’t fall through like they do on the grate side.I keep a spray bottle of avocado oil ( high smoke-point) handy to use before cooking on both the grate and the griddle so nothing ever sticks.I use a wet pumice stone made for grills to get both sides clean. Wipe it off with damp towels and am ready for next time.I have not even used the ribbed side, but might try that to see if it can sear, and also keep fatty foods from sitting in the grease.It is very heavy. But once in place you dont ned to lift it unless you want to flip it. I just slide it over for cleaning the bottom of the grill.Highly recommend tomanyone with a Weber grill.
