I bought it as a gift for my nephew. Before I bought it I was worried that my nephew may not like it because of the review that it doesn’t really swing smoothly. But I braved it out and bought one for him. I can just return it if it doesn’t work as expexted. But as soon as he received, opened and tried it. He was so happy with it. And it swings smoothly. Bought it December 2021, it’s February now and it’s still working good.Fork is bent just enough that it won't always open/close and you have to pry it and manipulate it. I wouldn't carry it around though. You catch a police officer or authority figure when they're having a bad day and I could see them arresting you and arguing that a fork is capable of being a deadly weapon.Good for a gag gift, gift for a child, or as a practice tool for actual Bali song knives, they are fine, but don’t expect fine machining or hand finishing. Packaging is nice though.Spoon does not close properly. When I got it, one handle was looser than the other. the only things holding it together are metal axels that stick out and slide a bit. One handle of the one I got was more open (had more wiggle room for the blade/spoon) than the other one which was just about right. Securing method isn't done super well either.Cool packaging, and if a bit more effort was put into it I would have kept it. Practically unusable however.Works alright, could be better. The hinges were fine, no squeaks. It's a little difficult to do tricks with, the fork is light and one handle gets stuck a bit. There was also a small issue I had with the leftover metal on the inside of the holes on the handles. The fork itself is not very bent, which is good and bad. A little harder to eat with but doesn't get stuck when flipping. 7/10 it's okay, room for improvement.Head is a bit flat. This is unavoidable to keep the dimensions right but still makes it hard to eat withBought as a semi-joke gift for an enthusiastic 11 year old's bday - he adores it! Flicks it around and can do all the cool butterfly tricks he sees on youtube without hurting himself. Our only complaint is the item starts off quite stiff to use, even with some filing down, oil, and tlc, it will take some time to return smoothly into the casing. Then again it is a spoon. On the plus side, the item has nice quality, heft of metal, and comes in beautiful packaging from Caliber with an elegant black box and embossed silver logo.My son asked for this for his birthday, it’s sturdy and well made. It is worth the price for it.I dont mean to be racist but, this is a great trainer for learning tricks. On the plus side if some gangster is dissing your fly girl just give him one of these.*flips the tactical pocket fork around*"WANNA FORK AROUND?! HUH?!"It is important to maintain full eye contact during this exchange. Also i guess you can eat your lunch with this as a powermove.Came quickly. Showed up in a nice display box with magnetic closer. Flips open and closed easily. I would give it five stars but for the fact it doesn't lock in the open position easily. Because of a small miscalculation in machining the handles have to be forced together with both hands for the thumb lock to be able to slide into place. Small thing but otherwise an awesome conversation piece.Quality item. My son enjoyed receiving this gift. Plans to use it at school with thermos lunches ? He will be the envy of the lunch cohort.it is not a good butterfly spoonIt does not flip good, it always gets stuck while you are doing a trick. It only looks good, that it's a spoon, its not good at being anything else than being a spoon. It's not even very good at being spoon. Being a spoon is the best thing it can do. It's also kind of good at sitting there, looking like a spoon.Le falta firmeza.... esta muy aguada ... y los mangos no son resistentes, parecen de un metal de muy baja calidad galvanizado, similar al de un alambre ... ?
