après pas mal de déboires avec divers grils électriques ne chauffant pas assez, collant à la viande, innondant de jus la table... nous nous sommes tournés vers une solution traditionnelle recommandée par la génération des 80 ans et + et nous en sommes ravis. utilisation: mettre le grill Staub à préchauffer à puissance modérée sur une plaque à induction, mettre une goutte d'huile d'olive, et quand c'est chaud disposer la viande, qui sera grillée hors jus et joliment striée de raies grâce aux profondes rainures, et délicatement parfumée par l'huile chauffée (petit très léger parfum de fumée façon barbecue). pour le lavage juste faire tremper un moment, et tout se décolle facilement avec une éponge non abrasive et une goutte de liquide vaisselle.
