We love making shawarma and we didn't all the fuss and lost countertop space for one of those vertical cookers - so I was SO happy when I saw someone finally offered this! Held up a giant meat mountain in the oven with nothing threatening to fall over. The tip is really sharp so its easy to stack the meat, but the metal is thick, it's not going to bend. The two height options are a nice option. It cleaned up perfectly in the dishwasher.
