Not simple pots but real cooking tools, attentive to the new needs of good food in a healthy manner. The Process of Die Casting DIE CASTING Production technology providing high quality cookware. The production takes place through the high pressure die casting of molten aluminum at 700 ° C. which is injected into the mold. This technology makes it possible to obtain differentiated thicknesses, i.e. more aluminum where necessary, for example on the bottom, to obtain perfect heat distribution, saving energy and having perfect cooking. Die-casting is the only production technology that allows to obtain one-piece aluminum handles, one with the pot body, indestructible and usable even in the oven. The benefit of die cast aluminum is that it is light weight, durable, scratch resistant, and a great heat conductor. COATING We use products from PPG (formerly WHITFORD) , a leading company in the production of high quality coatings that are PFOA FREE and suitable for food contact. We apply the coatings with the "spray" technology, the only one that allows the application of various layers of product, creating a high thickness of non-stick, with the insertion of reinforcements such as titanium or mineral particles that give the highest resistance to scratching. HANDMADE The post-molding finishing is treated with artisan care, with machine passages and hand-finished details, which give the product the value and exclusivity typical of handcrafted products. Coating Unlike ordinary aluminum cookware, Olympia cookware is coated with a PFOA free water based coating making it non stick without the use fats or oils for a healthy way of cooking!! Multi Layer Olympia uses internal and external coatings that are PFOA free and suitable for food contact. This 7 layer spray coating is reinforced with titanium particles creating a high degree of thickness making it resistant to wear. Compatibility Supreme line of cookware is compatible with gas, ceramic, and electric cook tops. Casserole and pans without bakelite handles are safe for use in the oven. Care of your cookware Care and maintenance will help your cookware last longer by following these simple tips Before using the pot for the first time, wash it with soap and water, dry it, then pour a little oil and grease the inside in all directions, dry with a cloth.Cook as usual, with or without fat. Cook over medium heat and do not overheat the pan when empty.All our products are dishwasher safe, however easy hand washing with soap water and non-abrasive sponges is recommended.Any washing in the dishwasher could cause the external bottom to blacken; this is the oxidation of aluminum due to increasingly effective and aggressive detergents, but which in no way compromise the quality and use of the pot.Use nylon or wooden kitchen utensils that do not scratch the surface.After cooking, any color variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the non-stick product.
