This is the fourth one I have purchased. Two smaller ones and this one. I had to buy two of this type because my daughter loved it so much I gave her one. They do expel a lot of steam out the back so I just dab the moisture up from the back before I flip the pan to keep from dumping liquid on the stove. Also some have complained about it being awkward to wash in the sink. I have an oversized sink so it's not a problem for me at home. However I used to keep one of these pans on our RV and that sink was small and it was a problem till my husband just removed the e-clamp that locked the two sides together. Now I can use the pan the same as always but for cleaning I just slide the 2 sides apart. Very easy.
