This would be great for grilling vegetable's and Shrimp. I found this plater is perfect for grilling corn on the cob. Place heavy tin foil on top and curve up the sides and place 4 cobs on foil and drizzle melted butter, salt and pepper. Cover. Turn cobs over ever so often. I used mine on a Weber Charcoal 18 inch grill.
