Looked like it was slightly used or handled too much, but still great condition and easy install. Came with hardware. There is a mount that attached to the stock grill on the inside, in the middle to hold center secure. It doesn't work with this grill but doesn't seem to affect much except the grill slightly sticks out forward. Still looks nicer than my old busted one :)
