It works and is simple to use. Plug in. Let it pre heat a few minutes, then put the food on. I made grilled cheese, steak and burgers. Fits two regular sized sandwiches or two burger patties, one steak. The bread in the grilled cheese gets a bit flat. The burgers are done in 3-4 minutes. Steak is done in about 5 minutes but probably comes out more tender on the pan. It gets quite greasy when cooking meats. Clean up would be more convenient if the plates were removable.
