I do not get the negative reviews. This is an outstanding product. It did exactly what it is intended to do. Removed very heavy tarnish from my stainless grill effortlessly. Do not try to use it on an oily/greasy surface, that is not what it is for. It is not abrasive, just a clear liquid. I applied it with paper towels and the tarnish disappeared right before my eyes! Pictures show treated versus untreated areas.
