I love that this tray is so easy to use. I ordered this as a replacement after we wore out the original tray. Overall, this is a good product. Here are a couple of cons and how I addressed them:1) finger holes allow small food to fall through. Easy fix (see pic) fold a piece of parchment paper into a long, fairly sturdy strip. Insert it into the finger holes. Now no food will fall through, but you can still use the finger holes, if needed.2). Rubber stoppers break and fall off and cannot be reused. Happens especially during cleaning. Fix: Don't put pressure on the stoppers as you clean it. Rest it over the sink divider so the bottom of the stoppers are in the air. Careful when you clean around them. If they do break and fall off, you can order a replacement pack. The one I ordered came from a third party brand and actually fit better than the originals - not as floppy.3). Not a con, just a trick :-). When cooking small things like chicken fingers or eggrolls or pizza rolls, cook them on a piece of parchment paper. They will crisp up just fine, and a lot of times no grease will even get on the tray - easy cleanup.
