This was purchased for my 3 years old twins. They loved them and it looked very durableThis is a decent set for the price. I got it for my daughter to play with with her Barbies. My only complaint is that the fridge and oven are difficult to open. The microwave has a cutout in the handle so you can get ahold of it to open, but the other two do not. So she cannot get them open on her own. Overall, cute kitchen. Also very loud.Looks great for a beginner. It has everything. Recommend this productMy daughter didn't like this kitchen. There is one button- all the lights flash and it makes very loud, unrealistic "kitchen" noises. It really bothers her and we took the batteries out. All the doors are *extremely* difficult to open. The microwave, sink and oven are too shallow to put anything in it. The play food is poor quality. I wish I could return this.
