Before you judge my apparatus, the mount isn’t finished and it’s not on right, this is just an adapter review. I plan on going back and fully painting, installing a heat shield and mounting the adapter frame to the 17 inch Blackstone.This black stone was originally designed for a 1 pound green canister and I hate those, they get cold, you can’t use them in the cold winter and they never hold enough juice. With this awesome adapter, I was able to connect it directly to the Blackstone and use my quick disconnect hose that originally came with the gas grill connecting to the outlet side of the camper designed for a gas grill. But it comes off so I can use the original adapter with a 1 pound canister if I desire.I have a 2005 Fleetwood colonial and I have a two stage gas regulator from the factory that it’s up to around 10 inches of water column. The regulator that came with the Blackstone is set for 11 inches of water column. This isn’t a big deal cause I’m only losing about 10% heat and with such a small grill, it already gets hotter than I’ll ever need it so this is a perfect situation for me. Definitely worth the money.
