Easy out of the box, nothing much to be done.Sturdy, feels like quality parts.Legs fold in nicely and bag is useful for sure.I used it to BBQ steak and it seared it ok given that fact that I used a 1lb propane tank.I also used it to slow cook a a whole "flattened Portuguese style chicken" for 1 hour and that worked out well.
