Complete #304 stainless steel construction encases (2) stainless steel "E" burners capable of 25,000 BTU each. Specially designed 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids and Diamond Sear Cooking Grids provide even heat distribution and protect the burners from grease and food drippings. The 432-square-inch cooking surface provides ample grilling space. An integrated analog thermometer tracks grill temperature during use while still complementing the sleek design of the unit.
