The Seller really doesn't advertise that this is an Infared Grill which at this price is a steal. Infared Grills as a rule tend to heat hotter and more even verses a conventional gas grill.Now the bad part...the propane hookup hose is not something you can find in your local hardware store. On Amazon, Gas One sells a version that should fit that utilizes a hose clamp end. If you prefer screw connectors you need to replace the gas connector with a M12 x 1.0 pitch 90 degree elbow 1/4" NPT fitting. I used a RV 3/8" quick connector kit that made it easier to connect to a 0-5 psi adjustable Propane Hose.I wanted to get as even temperature as possible so I replaced the individual heat deflectors with one 17" x 6" Stainless Steel Emitter Plate that fits a Char-Broil grill (they are available only in 3 packs. I only get a 100 degree drop off between burners. I measured the Emitter Plate at close to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.After spending $90 in additional parts I basically have the cooking area of a Hibachi grill that has the convenience of propane and closer to the even cooking temperature of charcoal. If at the end of the day you need a bigger Yakitori grill or out grew your Iwatani Portable ABURIYA2 CB-ABR-2 grill you don't have many options. I gave it 4 stars because no standard U.S. version propane fitting or hose was provided.
