I got the grille in the mail a lot sooner than expected, (in fact it was delivered to my door!). The packaging was sufficient to it's size, and the grille was double wrapped in bubble-wrap and paper dunnage. Concise directions and all needed hardware was included in the box.While the upper studs could have been 3/8" shorter, I am impressed with the fit on my car. WARNING: this grille will need to be shaped to your hood. It is stainless and can be bent somewhat by hand, the manufacturer recommends a professional bodyman installs this grille and I agree. The lower mounting of the grille needs to be spaced about 3/4", (I just used some washers to do the spacing).Over all, I'm very impressed with this company and the grille. I will buy from them again when I get my second HHR later this year.
