I would have given 5 stars if only it came with the bolts to assemble it with. So if you do get one check that first. The assembly manual sucks and doesn't match to the product exactly so you have to kinda see what should fit where etc. Forget about reaching someone for support. I tried calling and emailing and got no response. Only when I put a claim with the seller they responded and are sending me the hardware kit. Being that there is only the need to put the legs, bottom tray, stack, handle and tray together, you will curse to high heaven as the leg holes don't align up correctly. When screwing in the bolts, they just screw in and held in with tension. You can't get bolts on them even though the manual states you should. As for all of that out of the way, once assembled it "should" hold together.Grill was shipped on a mini palette and packaged well. I do think the firebox should have been not in place as it is metal on metal and it did chip the enamel of the grill. Which brings me to another point. This entire grill is steel aside from the firebox, fire deflector and handle bars. There in lies the reason for the lower price. So be on high alert for any start of rusting. Time will tell with that...Now for the good....Best bang for the buck when it comes to overall cooking size! I love the cooking height. I can get a water pan on the bottom rack and cook a brisket on the first self with no problems hitting the top of the grill like the others in this price range. The PID controller does a good job maintaining the temp, however it doesn't have wifi but still does a good job without it if that is something you can deal with. The hopper is of a good size that handled my low and slow 18hr brisket cook just fine.So for now I would totally recommend this grill. Could it be better like with stainless and wifi?...sure but that would make the price go through the roof over the $550 and adding the $100 extended warranty but I will update as time goes on.
