It was not that heavy, the size is perfectly for my family, we even tried to baking bread with it, turns out perfect. This is my first pizza stone so I’m not sure if this is the best, but it really worth the money.This product works great to cook crisp crust pizza in the toaster oven. I haven’t tried it on the grill. It keeps your pizza warm for a while and is easily cleaned off. I use the ceramic side for pizza.Works greatSo far I’ve only used it once but It fit perfectly into my toaster oven and cooked my pizza crust to perfection. Clean up was a breezeThe instructions that came with the stone said to heat the stone in a 500 degree oven for a 1/2 hour before putting the pizza on it to cook. We've tried twice now, the second time trying to use parchment paper to get the assembled unbaked pizza onto the stone. You can see the results in the picture. We considered buying some sort of pizza paddle, but we figure that would throwing more good money after bad. Back to our faithful metal pizza pan, which we now realize works very well. Every time.Beautiful product, I hv n’t use it yet, I soak the stone in hot water overnight n plan to season in the oven tomorrow before baking.
