As a chef, it is safe to say that this grill plate is one of the best ones I have ever used. The quality makes it ideal for grilling meats as well as vegetables instead of using a standard pan. It is great for family events during a barbecue event as it gives your food that smokey texture and flavor. The pan heats pretty quickly and the heat distribution across the pan was also impressive. A minor feature that actually ended up making a big difference for me was that it comes with two handles which makes transferring it over to different parts of the kitchen much easier. It also included a board which is a helpful area to keep the food warm and tenderized. I let the grill pan soak for a few minutes and it always cleans with ease.
