Performing some modifications on my Weber Smokey Joe and decided to try the temperature gauge from LavaLock.First cook with the new temp gauge was last night and so far, it is performing as expected. A digital grate mounted temp probe confirmed the accuracy of the analog gauge.I went with a black out theme on my grill, so the white temp numbers stand out nicely. Those with visual acuity issues may need a larger face with a higher contrast background.As a bonus, the beefy stem of the temp gauge acts like a lid hook. Nice!
