I have two grills, one, a Weber Classic Kettle that I use at home and a second pretty sweet grill for camping. I just moved cities and my Weber didn't make it into the movers' truck so I had to buy a new grill. After using it for the first time, I realized that the steel bristle grill brush that I always used after grilling (while the grill was hot) also didn't make it here. So, kind of without thinking, I ordered another grill brush like the one I'd had.In the meantime, I went on a camping trip with my other, smaller camping grill and I HAD remembered to get a brush for that grill and the one that I found that would fit in the grill for storage was this style of bristle free stainless steel brush. Using it on the smaller grill was kind of a revelation, it cleaned the grill more easily, washed off easily with a little soap and water (and because it's stainless, I don't worry about rust) and generally works better and more easily than the bristle brushes I'd used for decades.So I decided that I wanted to upgrade to that style of brush for my grill at home and I ordered the Grizzly Grilling Brush. It's a solid piece of gear, very intelligently designed and it cleaned my Weber beautifully!Another thing that I'd never really considered but was brought to mind in reading the product page on Amazon is the grill bristles and the possibility that they could get into food. This is never happened to me but it makes sense, given the often cheap construction of grill brushes (and the fact that they mostly live outside with the grill). It's never happened to me, and now it never will!
