I ordered this set of spatula's specifically because of their small size. I struggle to use larger kitchen utensils, they tend to be very awkward and cumbersome for me. I recently purchases a Blackstone Outdoor Griddle and I'm hoping to start learning how to cook Hibachi styles and I was looking for a set up spatulas that would help me to toss/turn rice and veggies as needed, I think these are going to be perfect though I yet to put them to the test. I have felt of them and they seem to be light enough that I will easily be able to work with them well. The spatulas have a very nice beveled blade edge that will be useful in sliding underneath and flipping food, as well as sturdy wooden handles with a beautiful finish to add a nice attractive quality. The metal seems to be sturdy, non-flex and with a smooth matte finish to make for easy cleaning. The product description state the the spatulas are rust resistant and I assume that means they're OK for dishwasher cleaning but I have many kitchen utensils that I prefer to clean by hand and so far I have done so with these. I feel like it's best for anything wooden, stone or ceramic.
