FOR PERFECT RESULTS We recommend a light coating of vegetable oil, cooking spray or any other oil with a high smoke point. While the griddle is heat safe up to 500 F, we recommend using medium-low heat settings for best results.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Immediately after cooking, remove the griddle from heat and let cool completely. Do not pour water onto the hot pan. Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly after washing.
